Shayda is the Shayzien architect of Great Kourend. She was located in the most southern house in Shayzien. The easiest way to get to her was via the Xeric's Lookout teleport from the Xeric's talisman.

Shayzien Administration
The Shayzien Administration is a government building in which the city is run from, though it also contains living quarters for soldiers. Commissioner Anwar, who is in charge of the Shayzien Constabulary, assists Lord Shiro Shayzien with the day to days of the city while he and focuses on the ongoing war with the lizardmen in the Shayzien Encampment. The recruitment office also is found here, where Captain Bruce, a recruitment officer, manages recruitment efforts.
Graveyard of Heroes
The Graveyard of Heroes, where fallen soldiers of the Shayzien Armyare commemorated in the form of ceremonial pillars, comprise nearly half of the city's space. The local church can be found here with an altar. The entrance to the Shayzien Cryptscan be found here.
Shayzien Crypts
The Shayzien Crypts is the ancient burial site for Shayzien's heroes and Kourend royalty, found in the Graveyard of Heroes. The founder of the Shayzien House, Camorra Shayzien, is buried here. The crypts been overrun by powerful undead for the past several hundred years, with efforts to clear them out unsuccessful, so trips into the crypts are seldom carried out.

Shayzien was named by Mod Reach's beloved cat, Shay, who was "a fucking warrior" for going through a difficult surgery, and associating it with Asian warriors such as samurai.

Architectural Alliance was a miniquest revolving around the architects of the five cities of Great Kourend, where the player must earn their trust to rebuild the statue of King Rada I, the first king of Great Kourend, after it was destroyed by a devastating storm.
This is an Elite clue. The text says “Hand in a set of Shayzien armour at tier 2 or above”. When you look this up, Shayzien armor is gotten from defeating shayzien soldiers in their combat ring. To even fight a tier 2 soldier, you must have 60% favor with house Shayzien.
