Feb 8, 1993 · Face of the Enemy was a reasonably strong episode in a very uneven season of episodes. Marina Sirtis, so often unfairly maligned because of the incompetence of the writers, rose to the occasion and captured the part of an involuntary conscript with aplomb.
Synopsis. Counselor Deanna Troi's startled to awake and find herself aboard a Romulan ship, having been surgically altered to appear as one. Subcommander N'Vek (Scott MacDonald) of the Imperial war-bird Khazara admits he's responsible for having taken the action, while Deanna attended a conference.
