This page contains a walkthrough for the last section of Chapter 1 of Deltarune, where Kris can explore Hometown before completing the chapter, and includes all the points of interest you can visit or secrets you can interact with.
After defeating the Spade King and sealing the dark fountain. Kris and Susie awaken back at school in an unused classroom, full of familiar toys and objects.
After leaving, the pair will promise to return to the Dark World tomorrow, ending their adventure on a much lighter note than it began that morning. Toriel will soon phone you to ask where you've been, but upon learning that you've been with a friend, she'll let you take your time coming home - meaning all of Hometown is yours to explore.
•After Susie leaves, you can still go back into the unused classroom, or examine objects in either your own classroom or Toriel's classroom in the bottom right (the top left room and the Supply Closet will both be locked).
•The heavily mispelled Library is where Berdley works at after school, and talking with him will inform you of a certain overdue book.
•You can also speak with Jockington and Temmie, or inspect certain flyers and books on the shelves.
•The door to the Computer Lab is closed, but you can get a glimpse of certain dog hard at work on his game.
•The upstairs area of the library is blocked by a strange monster.
•Officer Undyne can be found just outside the Librarby policing the streets, and you can talk to her about a few topics - including a certain teacher she's apparently never heard of.
•Inside the hospital, you can visit a strange patient in the room on the right.
•Unfortunately, the Police Station is closed today, as trying to peek through the blinds only results in someone closing them on you.
•The road leading out of town is similarly closed off, for unknown reasons.
•The south side of Hometown is where the Town Hall is located, but the mayor is apparently too busy to meet with anyone.
•You can still talk with several people waiting in the lobby.
•While the Church itself is closed, Father Alvin waits outside by the front door, and you can talk to him to inquire about that "Sick Juice" he gives out at his sermons.
•Located in a shady spot to the left of the Church, you can find the gravestones for a few former residents of Hometown, including Gerson Boom (Alvin's father), Crystal (Snowy's mother), Muttler, and Shyra.
•Located on a path down the far south side of Hometown is a mysterious bunker built into a large mound down a wooded path. The exact purpose is a mystery, but if you get close to the locked bunker doors, you may just be able to hear a faint and strange noise.
•The Diner is packed with several different monsters, including your classmate Catti who works as a waitress there.
•If you talk to the purple bunny behind the counter, she'll reminisce about the times you used to come with you brother, and give you some hot cocoa (you may as well drink it - it will disappear from your inventory by the next chapter).
