Suzy Nakamura is an American actress of Japanese descent. She portrays Iris Kimura on the television series Avenue 5.
Nakamura is known for her many guest appearances on sitcoms such as According to Jim, Half and Half, 8 Simple Rules, Curb Your Enthusiasm and How I Met Your Mother. She also starred in the sitcom Dr. Ken and had recurring roles in The West Wing and Modern Family.
Suzy Nakamura was announced to be starring in Avenue 5 as Iris Kimura in August 2018. She was first seen as the character in the official teaser released by HBO in November 2019, then appeared again in the trailer released soon after.
