Synopsis. Jay is a young writer interested in writing a book on juvenile delinquency. He changes his identity and infiltrates the violent gang "The Barons." He wins the trust of the gang's leader Tiger, but trouble arises when Filene, Tiger's girlfriend, falls in love with Jay.
