The film follows Lexi Archer, a teenage girl who develops bulimia along with her friend, Jen which lands her into a treatment facility after she faints during a volleyball game.
When Lexi tells her mother, Kathryn that Jen is bulimic as well, it puts a strain on their friendship and Lexi's health at risk following an incident involving Jen.
