We purchased a quarter of beef and later half a hog. Both were outstanding. You can really taste the flavor of the meat and it is so much better than the meat you get at the store. The processing, cutting and wrapping were excellent. They double wrap everything in paper which keeps the meat fresh while in the freezer and there is no plastic.
