Dec 18, 2019 · Ohio's 6th Congressional District is located in the eastern portion of the state and includes the counties of Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Gallia, Guernsey, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson, Lawrence, Meigs, Monroe, Noble, and Washington. Areas of Athens, Mahoning, Muskingum, Scioto, and Tuscarawas counties also lie within the district.
