Holy Rollers is a 2010 American independent crime drama film directed by Kevin Asch and written by Antonio Macia. It stars Jesse Eisenberg, Justin Bartha, Ari Graynor, Danny A. Abeckaser and Q-Tip. The film is inspired by a true story of a young Hasidic man who was lured into the world of international drug trafficking in the late 90s.

Jun 2, 2010 · In Amsterdam, Sam meets a man named Jackie ( Danny A. Abeckaser) and his girlfriend Rachel ( Ari Graynor ), and is brought into their world of late-night clubs and loose living. On his second trip, things click into place, and he begins to put his good business sense to work. It's that click that throws the movie off.
You have your innocent young man who's seduced and corrupted by the (seemingly) easy money of drugs (ecstacy, in this instance), that he's introduced to by a shady friend, and most of the consequences play out in exactly the way you would expect them to and have seen before.
