It's a little-known fact, but Pancho's Happy Bottom Riding Club still exists. At least, the outlines of it do. They are located near the Rogers Dry Lake, well inside the boundaries of Edwards Air Force Base.

More popularly known as "The Happy Bottom Riding Club", the Rancho was a welcome oasis for pilots, a place to unwind, socialize, and generally forget about the rigors of day-to-day life in a dustbowl.

Pancho had a championship rodeo stadium at the ranch. Many of the finest cowboys of the day demonstrated their riding and roping skills during her ‘Rodeo Days.’
