Xiaodong Zheng (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and the Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in 2015 and 2020, respectively. He is currently a Post Doctoral Fellow with Southern Methodist University, Dallas, TX, USA.
Xiaodong Zheng was born in Shandong, China, in 1962. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Niigata University, Niigata, Japan, in 1997. He has studied high-power backward-wave oscillators and millimeter-wave free-electron lasers at the Japan Atomic Energy Research Institute (JAERI), Tsukuba, Japan.
