   • I have to say, this film is way deeper than most critics give it credit for. Sure, upon superficial viewing, "The Perfect Stranger" is Christian propaganda of the shoddiest kind, openly bad-mouthing other forms of monotheism. But that's the whole POINT, don't you see? Christ would never do any of the petty things depicted in this film.

   How accurate is the Perfect Stranger?

   • The Perfect Stranger also gives an accurate script of what I would suspect Jesus to say to someone in the present day. I really like how the skepticism did not stop after one answer, which made the emotions of anger and disbelief accurate. Jesus is also not played off as some weird guru to patronize.

However, if hearing Christian teachings upsets you, or you're not willing to approach this film with an open mind, then I highly recommend not watching it, rather than doing so and complaining about it after.
