Andreas Deja is a Polish animator, who joined the animation department of Walt Disney Productions in the 1980s, and soon established himself as a supervising animator on several villains in Disney animated features.

Andreas Deja first applied for a job as a Disney animator at the age of 10. Born in Poland and raised in Germany, he recalls writing The Walt Disney Studios immediately after seeing The Jungle Book (1967).
