The best way to learn about Anheuser-Busch and its beer-making process is by taking a free tour of the A-B Brewery in Soulard, just south of Downtown St. Louis. For the tours, go to the entrance at 12th and Lynch streets.
I organized a group of 15 people to take the Day Fresh tour at the St. Louis Anheuser Busch Brewery. It takes an hour fifteen minutes, and involves walking, steps, elevators and escalators. Our tour guide was great, and afterwards we ate lunch in the Biergarten in the brewery.

Informative and fun tour of the St Louis trademark beer. Walking through beer history . The buildings are beautiful inside and out. How can brewing rooms and machinery be beautiful? They were. Wish the building that housed the school at one time had been open. Lots to see in this huge operation.
