Dec 17, 2021 · By mid-September, the Wolf administration had removed the director of Pennsylvania’s WIC program, Will Cramer, who was appointed by former Gov. Tom Corbett, and had run the bureau since 2014. A replacement is expected to be hired by early 2022, a spokesperson said.
