Bear McCreary (born February 17, 1979) is an American musician and composer of film, television, and video game scores based in Los Angeles, California.
McCreary is joined by an extraordinary ensemble, including legends such as Slash (Guns N’ Roses), Rufus Wainwright, Serj Tankian (System of a Down), Corey Taylor (Slipknot), Jens Kidman (Meshuggah), Joe Satriani, Buck Dharma (Blue Öyster Cult), Kim Thayil (Soundgarden), and Scott Ian (Anthrax), among many others.

I was fortunate then that Starz and Sony organized a premiere screening of this season’s first episode, attended by cast, crew, press and fans.
By October 2023, Bear McCreary had been writing music for the series, after previously working with Steinberg and Shots in the series Human Target, Black Sails and See. Members of the music company Sparks & Shadows, which McCreary was a co-founder of, were involved.
