Most people I know who quit smoking after a long period of time tend to overcompensate with some other substance. If you are really trying to make a life change, try to focus that energy into something positive like exercise.

There is a great sub on reddit called ‘leaves’ which is there for anyone who wants some support with quitting marijuana. It has been a strange affair for me. I loved it as it brought me pleasure but in turn it slowly eroded other elements in my life that it eventually became problematic.
