I'm using the small/medium ones. I've looked up several videos to watch examples of people using them, and keep revisiting the Breathe Right instructions. I know they say to place it right where your nose starts flaring and to wash/dry your nose before applying the strip (am doing this). A few things I've noticed in trying to place these:

Kinesio tape, also known as ktape. Google nasal ktape, there are YouTube videos to instruct you on applying it. A roll of ktape will make hundreds of strips. Not quite as much pull as BR strips but close IMO.
