Breeder (slang) Breeder is a pejorative term coined by gay people particularly for parents who purportedly over-focus on their children and allegedly abandon their previous friends and lifestyle; or to women who give birth to many children, often with the derisive implication that they have too many offspring.
It's a little tongue-in-cheek, but not a slur. Breeder has a dual meaning: one is a literal reference to those who "breed," the other a slang term for cisgendered heterosexuals, or "straight" people. I agree that breeder is derogatory, and an epithet, but in most cases of usage, I don't really think its offensive.
"Breeder" is a derogative term for people that have children (or heterosexuals in general). "Breeder" may also be used as a derogatory term by childfree people of any sexual orientation , to refer to parents who focus on their children and abandon their previous friends and lifestyle, or to women who give birth to many children.
