She is a quirky and ambitious assistant who’s obsessed with organization and eavesdropping on calls. She is an associate of Miranda Croft and her boss is Victor.
"Other People's Houses"
Cecilia receives a call from Miranda Croft. She chews Miranda out for being in direct violation of her orders from their boss Victor, which were to get on a plane and go to London. She tells her that she's placing them both in jeopardy, but Miranda tells her that she has to be the one to fix things. She tells Miranda that she won't do anything else for her, that she needs to follow Victor's orders and get on a plane.
"After Dark"
Cecilia takes another call from Miranda, who asks her about a federal raid on Lionfish. She explains to Miranda that because of the actions of Cassandra Bowden and Max, Lionfish had to clean out their warehouse overnight. She asks how Miranda even knows about it, that she had told Victor she had gone back to London. She replies that she just needs to clean things up before Victor realizes she's not in London. "Good luck with that," Cecilia tells her. Miranda tells her that they're friends, that she even lets her take care of her cat. "For two years," retorts Cecilia, saying that after that long it's not even Miranda's cat anymore. Miranda asks Cecilia to tell Victor she's in London if he asks. Cecilia asks she would do that for her. Miranda offers to pay her and she agrees to a few more days.
"Arrivals and Departures"
Cecilia takes another call from Miranda, who this time is calling her on a burner phone. Miranda tells her that Victor found out she was still in New York, saying that she's the only way he could have found out. She tells her that she's not angry. "You're not?" asks Cecilia and Miranda agrees that she isn't, but says that nevertheless she's still going to have to find her and kill her. Cecilia pleads for her not to, that it wasn't her fault and Victor is scary. She tells her that she'll give her Victor and says that he's still in New York, but he'll be leaving soon. She asks if that's enough and Miranda tells her that they'll see, ending the call.
