Aug 22, 2024 · Simply put, each cast of Chain Lightning takes 35 Mana and gives 15-27 back. With just a little bit of Mana Regeneration on top it's easy to reach positive balance, and that's without even taking into account all the other Mana sources.
A single cast of Chain Lightning can snapshot Overpower for the entire duration. Hence, I used Banished Lord's Talisman for permanent Overpower. Hydra is used to spend mana to build up Banished Lord's Talisman between Chain Lightning casts and to get 2 stacks of Conjuration Mastery.
