Charles, with his wife Jacqueline, and Mayor Tom Henry, receiving the first Key to the Fort in September of 2008. Charles was a member of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fort Wayne for over forty years. He joined the congregation May 24,1970 and was active as long as possible.
