Dizzy was just a random MI grunt who bought it in the book and he was kind of used as a way for Johnny to tell the reader about the MI's attitudes towards their fellow MI members. The way they flipped it to a woman and had her thread throughout most of the movie was a good change. Plus Dina Meyer, wow, what else is there to say :D

Crimes of Passion. A married employee of a major corporation teams up with his secret lover, an employee as well, to create a fake harassment suit in an attempt to receive a huge settlement fee. A co-worker catches on and proceeds to blackmail them right back. The 'twists' are endless.
