District 10 was the 5th - 10th district to pry from Capitol rule during the Second Rebellion. Dalton, Brandy, and Tanner are the only named people from District 10. In the 74th and 75th Hunger Games, District 10 was one of the two districts to have no named tributes. The other was District 9.

- Jewelry And Luxury Items. Members of District 1 were known to produce luxury items such as jewelry. Due to their skill in craftsmanship, the goods that came out of District 1 were used to decorate the Capitol.
- Masonry And Weapons Manufacturing. Located in the Rocky Mountains, District 2 was one of the largest communities in Panem. It was also home to wealthy citizens, resulting in a positive relationship with the Capitol.
- Electronics. The primary industry in District 3 was technology as the people there produced televisions, computers, and other electronics. During Katniss' Victory Tour, she noticed that District 3 was one of the more rebellious districts.
- Fishing. District 4 specializes in the fishing industry with the citizens trained in this industry from a young age. The citizens in District 4 were known to be wealthy and very good-looking.

- Luxury. District 1 creates luxury items for the Capitol, earning them the Capitol's favor and positioning them as the wealthiest district. Part of District 1's budget is used to better train and feed their tributes, resulting in a larger number of victors than the other districts.
- Masonry. Recognized for its strength, District 2 is located in the Rocky Mountains and specializes in the stonework that builds the Capitol's cities.
- Technology. As the most technologically-advanced district of Panem, District 3 serves as the primary manufacturer for the Capitol's computers and other electronics.
- Fishing. The Capitol relies on District 4 to bring them their seafood. Tributes from District 4 are incredible swimmers and are adept with nets and weapons such as spears and tridents.
- District 1 has one of the best relationships with the Capitol of any district due to what they produce. As we learn in the first book, all the luxury goods, like jewelry and fancy baubles, that the Capitol hoards are created and manufactured in this district.
- District 2 is the masonry district, providing building materials, but that isn't the only thing they supply the Capitol with. While it isn't widely known by the other districts, District 2 is where weaponry is created and manufactured, as revealed in "Mockingjay."
- With luxuries, stone materials for construction, and the military accounted for, the next thing the Capitol needs is technology. As we learn in the first book, District 3 has factories that allow for the manufacture of televisions, cars, and anything else that uses wires.
- The Districts we've covered so far provide material goods, but the Capitol needs to eat. District 4 helps with that, as it's revealed early in the first book that their main industry is fishing.
