Mar 22, 2020 · While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock.
We are a community subreddit largely consisting of employees. A place for them to have conversations, ask for help, discuss happenings in their store or the company, or just generally shoot the shit. We are NOT customer service. We cannot do any order lookups, check trade values, check stock levels, or process any returns.
TL;DR: As a former employee of AT&T and Prime Communications, I've observed and experienced a work culture that places excessive stress on employees, prioritizes profits over people, and engages in questionable ethical practices.
Please do not request customer info through comments or DM. This is your warning, anyone who does this will be immediately banned. Something else that also bears mentioning, there has been a pattern of posts requesting employees provide certain information to scammers in exchange for compensation.
