Koteas is also known for playing the lead role of Thomas Daggett in the American film The Prophecy (1995) and for portraying sports-crazed vigilante Casey Jones in two of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles films. Koteas would sit out 1991 sequel Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, although he did appear in 1993’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: Turtles in Time. This time-travelling sequel (which proved a far smaller hit) cast Koteas in dual roles, as both Casey Jones in present day and a warrior named Whit in 17th century Japan.
