If you are a first time visitor, or someone planning for a group of folks coming to Frederick from out of town, I highly recommend that you stop by the Frederick Visitor Center on S East Street just south of Carroll Creek.

   • If you are a first time visitor, or someone planning for a group of folks coming to Frederick from out of town, I highly recommend that you stop by the Frederick Visitor Center on S East Street just south of Carroll Creek.    Where can I Park in Frederick?

   • We learned a lot and decided to go to places in addition to doing the self-guided downtown Frederick walking tour. They will direct you to the parking garage a block away on East All Saints Street. Pick up literature, maps, and have your 3-hour parking validated at the Visitor Center.

   The center had historic displays and also featured displays of area sites and attractions for people to visit. There were a ton of visitor flyers, pamphlets and guides to pick up at no cost. They Center also had a few items for sale (t-shirts, postcards, mugs, books).
