Classic yet new. adamjohns-42575 14 April 2021. This film has an X-Factor, a certain something that just makes it brilliant for all ages. It's a 1978 film about the 50's that still manages to have the production values and likeability of a film made today. The cast is superb.
Our review: Parents say ( 56 ): Kids say ( 218 ): Though it's by no means an accurate portrayal of life in the 1950s, this popular musical delivers an entertaining mix of singing, dancing, and comedy. Grease -- which won a People's Choice Award in 1979 -- is hard to beat.
