Richard Griffiths, the British actor who played Harry's Uncle Vernon in the movie series, has died at the age of 65, reports the AP. Griffiths' agent, Simon Beresford , said Friday (March 29) that Griffiths died of complications following heart surgery at University Hospital in Coventry, central England.
Griffiths met Heather Gibson in 1973 and they married in 1980. They had no children.
