Signing into Employee Self Service brings you to your personal human resources information, including your benefits options, policies, Henry Ford University, pay processes and practices, training and development and leave of absence, just to name a few.
Newly hired employees should log-in to the University to complete their modules prior to attending New Employee Orientation. Non-employees of Henry Ford Health will now login to the HF University through employee self-service.

HFHS Employee Portal Instructions. This document assumes that you already have an HFHS Corp ID to access the Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) network. If you do not have a HFHS Corp ID, contact the HFHS IT Service Desk at 248-853-4900 or via email at helpdesk@hfhs.org.

Under the menu, go to Desktops or Apps, click on Details next to your choice and then select Add to Favorites.
Log into the Henry Apps Access (lightaccess) with your HFHS Corp ID and Password. *Note - you may receive prompts from your web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, etc.) to accept downloads or otherwise “trust” both henryfordconnect.com or lightaccess.hfhs.org.
