In the next popup, select the screen you want to share. If you're using multiple monitors, you'll see all of them here. Click "Share."

On your computer, when you click Present before you join a meeting, you join in Companion mode. When you use this option, your mic and speaker are unavailable.

Tip: There can be a maximum of 10 simultaneous presentations in a meeting at a time.
1. Join a Meet video meeting.
2. At the bottom, click Present now .
