Georgia farmers are forecast for production increases in corn, cotton, peanuts and soybeans in 2021, according to the September Crop Report from the USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS). Corn acreage is revised up from the previous estimate to 480,000 acres planted and 440,000 harvested for grain.
