Dec 9, 2023 · Police say the girl and her dog were in the crosswalk at Rabbit Hill Road and Abbington Lane when they were struck by a Jeep driven by 65-year-old Iftekhar Hossain. An investigation determined that Hossain knowingly left the scene of the crash and did not report it. However, he returned around 10 minutes later.
