Gotcha. Cat Llama 3 seems to be performing well regardless in Silly Tavern, using the LM Studio local server. I just took out everything; no user prefix/suffix, no system prefix/suffix, no system prompt -- it's behaving better than base Llama 3 and is nowhere near as repetitive.
