   I agree that The Good Wife gets pretty close to those aforementioned “greats”, especially when you consider the fact that they had to churn out 22 fucking episodes a year on average. Of course Deadwood, Wire and BB are excellent- but they also had the time to be.

   Is 'the Good Wife' a Tier 1 show?

   • Sopranos and Breaking Bad are Tier 1 shows for me. Unmissable. The Good Wife is Tier 2. I still highly recommend it though, it's an amazing show. I loved seasons 1-5. But I stopped watching after season 6. I thought it was a great series until the final two seasons or so. It went downhill quickly.
