Jun 29, 2022 · One of the features of a Hammond that seems mysterious to non-organ players is the drawbars. Dave explains that most of them create harmonics, adding tonal variety and complexity to the sine-wave-like fundamental tones that a B3 otherwise produces. The white drawbars create even harmonics, and the black ones are odd.
