I won’t go into detail but to suffice to say we had been asked to pay a sum of money for repairs that had not been declared when we purchased our property.

  7. James Gibb state they go out to competetive tender for this 24 hour emergency call centre service (which specifically is for communal areas) every couple of years, but no evidence has materialised after a lengthy customer complaint and now I'm being stonewalled.

  8. 4 reviews. GB. 6 days ago. Solution to missing bin lid issue. Several bins for the building have been missing lids for some time, leading to birds strewing rubbish around while raking through them. Andy Pace has been very helpful about finding a solution for this.
