In 1991, Marek Piechocki and Jerzy Lubianiec, the founders of the company, started their business activities in the clothing industry in Gdańsk. After four years, the company initially operating under the name of PH Mistral s.c. was transformed into LPP (abbreviation of the surnames of its founders - Lubianiec, Piechocki and Partners).
In 1991, together with Jerzy Lubianiec, he established Mistral. 4 years later, this company was transformed into LPP. In his capacity as CEO, he is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s operations – from fashion brands’ management, through product development, and sales operations in the omnichannel model.

Since 2001, Jerzy Lubianiec is indirectly, through his subsidiary, a shareholder of BBK SA in Gdańsk (equal shareholdings with Mr Marek Piechocki and Mr Wojciech Olejniczak).
The LPP company was established in 1989 and the first stores under the Reserved fashion brand were opened in 1999. The founders of the company are Marek Piechocki, a civil engineering graduate from the Gdańsk University of Technology and businessman Jerzy Lubianiec. In 2001, the company made its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
