December 7, 2015. Update from MAC’s Autism Center and Massachusetts Law Reform Institute. A new state law requires MassHealth to cover medically necessary ABA services for children with autism under age 21. ABA services are available to MassHealth members who have MassHealth either as their primary or secondary insurance.
