We are deeply committed to ensuring that our government reflects the needs of all people in our state, not just the wealthy and powerful.
Dec 1, 2022 · Description. Michigan Peoples Campaign promotes civic engagement and leadership development amongst low-income families for more equitable social policy. The organization educates voters about issues relating to criminal justice reform, immigration, and climate change. It also conducts get-out-the-vote drives in Kalamazoo for municipal elections.

LANSING, Mich. – Today, the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO) announced the $15 million MI Impact Grant application is now open. Michigan nonprofits who provide programming to lift people out of poverty should apply by June 23.
