New York-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital is a nonprofit, acute care, teaching hospital in New York City and is the only hospital in Lower Manhattan south of Greenwich Village. It is part of the New York-Presbyterian Healthcare System and one of the main campuses of New York-Presbyterian Hospital .
On July 1, 2013, NYP announced its merger with the former New York Downtown Hospital to form the Lower Manhattan Hospital (LMH) campus of the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. LMH is one of the few hospitals in Lower Manhattan south of Greenwich Village. The campus operates 170 beds and offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient services.
The radiology department offers diagnostic, interventional, and nuclear/molecular imaging for adults and children. It is accredited by the American College of Radiology and staffed by faculty radiologists and technologists.
