Diploma orders cannot be placed in advance. They are ordered after commencement and mailed 8–10 weeks after graduation.Before a diploma can be ordered, all administrative issues must be resolved, student accounts must be up-to-date, and the student must be officially graduated.Diplomas are not kept on file and additional copies can be ordered for $35 from the Office of the Registrar byemailor phone at (773) 244-5560.STUDENTS: DO NOT SEND TRANSCRIPTS TO NORTH PARK UNIVERSITY! WE ONLY ACCEPT TRANSCRIPTS THAT ARE SENT TO NURSING CAS. Payment can be made online through Self Service, by phone at (773) 244-5560, in person at Student Services, or by mail to 3225 W. Foster Ave., Box #9, Chicago, IL, wire transfer information, records@northpark.edu. If you are unable to pay the semester balance in full, we offer a monthly payment plan.
