"Now You See Me" has a stellar cast, a fun and intriguing premise and themes (showdown of rival magicians combined with a heist), delightful smart-assery and cunning tactics -- especially in those scenes dominated by Jesse Eisenberg or Woody Harrelson. Oh, and it has quite dazzling action sequences.
Now You See Me is a rarity: a summer movie that manages to entertain without killing off a single of its viewers' brain cells. Full Review | Original Score: 4/4 | Nov 21, 2018
May 31, 2013 · "Now You See Me," is a razzle-dazzle fantasy about a team of bank-robbing illusionists that's light on seriousness and heavy on style. It's slick, deliberately silly, and sprinkled with visual confetti — Steadicam spins, lens flares, CGI trick shots.
