- Blue Knob All Seasons Resort. Located in the center of the state, Blue Knob is perched high in the Allegheny Mountains. Blue Knob claims to be the highest skiable mountain in the state, and it's this high elevation that leads to great snow conditions and some of the longest runs in Pennsylvania.
