Peter Steinfeld is an American actor and fitness expert. He is the brother of actor/fitness expert Jake Steinfeld (of the "Body By Jake" fitness line) and father of actress/singer Hailee Steinfeld.
He has appeared on Married... with Children three different times as different characters.
In 1978, he moved out to California, where he attended California State University Northridge and studied business and nutrition.
In the early 1980s, he was hired by his older brother to work for the "Body by Jake" company as a personal trainer. He was credited as a personal trainer for actress Nancy Allen in the 1989 film, Limit Up (which also featured MWC guest stars Rance Howard and Ava Fabian). As an actor, he appeared on various television shows during 1980s and 1990s, including Happy Day, Matlock, Martin, and Sisters.
From 1991 to 1992, he and his brother Jake appeared as cornermen on the syndicated game show, The Grudge Match, where two contestants would fight in a boxing ring and use various tools such as food, foam bats, or boxing gloves to settle their personal disputes. The show also featured comedian John Pinette, who played Bill on the MWC spin-off Vinnie & Bobby, as the referee.
