And she was basically NYC royalty, being Ingrid Bergman's daughter. I wonder why she just accepted the lesser role and faded away over two decades, doing less and less.

Jul 22, 2021 · July 25, 2021 3:36 PM. Yvette starred with DL favorite Richard Chamberlain in the 1965 film [italic]Joy in the Morning [/italic], about a young married couple in the 1920s. Based on the best selling novel. You can tell that she’s out of her depth in some of the more dramatic scenes, but Richard is pretty good.
Oct 26, 2017 · Mary & her last husband were reportedly very indifferent parents, the children were not abused or neglected, Mary & Buddy just weren't cut out to be parents. The children would hauled out for interviews, publicity photos, etc, then set aside, likes dolls on a shelf.
May 13, 2024 · Famously a close confidante of Jackie Onassistance, she sort of became a Garbo-esque recluse after a near brush with death on 9/11. You can occasionally spot her out and about in the UES, but she eschews fans and cameras. Still beautiful as ever though, even without all the glamour makeup popular in her heyday.
