That means there’s been no water added and it’s in its most unfiltered and unadulterated state outside of sticking your glass straight into the barrel.

This bourbon, however, is 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. It’s 54.1% ABV and has been aged for nine years in new charred oak barrels.
