Candidates are required to Campaign Disclosures – disclosing all campaign contributions and expenditures. An Initial report for candidates is due when you raise or spend a total of $500.00, to include candidates' personal funds or loan to the campaign and the filing fee.

Reports and statements filed with the State Ethics Commission are available for viewing at the Commission office Monday through Friday, except holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Copies of the reports and statements are available from the Commission at a charge of $.50 per page.
