Jul 2, 2007 · On March 18, 1969, Birmingham Small Arms Ltd., once the world’s largest motorcycle manufacturer, crated up three new 1969 BSA Rocket 3 motorcycles and shipped them across the Atlantic to McBride Cycle in Toronto. Introduced in 1968, the 750cc, 125mph three-cylinder Rocket 3 was crucial to BSA, whose future hinged on the bike’s success.

Oct 5, 2012 · If you’re planning to buy a BSA A70L 750 Lightning, it’s important to verify the bike’s provenance. Verification is tricky, however, because outside of the telltale “750” on the side covers and different engine numbers, there are no external differences from the A65L.
Through the success of motocross in 1964 and 1965, BSA created the ‘Victor’ in spirit of their victories in motocross races. Interestingly, the off-road trim of the ‘Victor’ was designed specifically for the American Market. We are excited to present this beautifully restored 1969 BSA 441 to our motorcycle enthusiasts.

Feb 9, 2024 · BSA’s new Gold Star first debuted in early 2022, as part of Mahindra’s Classic Legends sub-brand. Instead of being built in the UK like the originals, the new BSA models are built in India, although it seems there is plenty of input from employees in Old Blighty. The new bikes have a liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, making a claimed 45 hp.
