Updated review. From 3 to 4 stars. Over time, I have learned some of the issues were on the side of the service provider and not the app. There are still occasional performance issues that the service provider says is an issue with the device/app and I cannot get a response from the developer for possible input / assistance.
Please search the app store for any of the usable apps, SOPlayer, XPlay, NoraGO or ISG GO and log into your service. Installation is now easy. You can simply download the app on your device from the app store. No need to side load the apps anymore.
